Jonathan Hayes is a nationally recognized Atlanta personal injury attorney and the managing partner at Goldstein Hayes, LLC.  Jonathan’s practice is focused on helping individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries or wrongful death in cases involving tractor-trailer and motor vehicle collisions, construction accidents and explosions, swimming pool accidents, and injuries from defective products.

Jonathan is personally responsible for receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients, including a $150 Million Dollar verdict on behalf of a nursing student killed by an intoxicated truck driver and a recovery in excess of $17 Million Dollars on behalf of children who lost their mother due to a truck driver charged with driving under the influence of controlled substances.

An Atlanta native, Jonathan is a graduate of Woodward Academy in College Park. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, in South Carolina and then graduated law school from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. During law school, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Rowland W. Barnes, Superior Court Judge, Fulton County, Georgia. Jonathan is a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, and he proudly serves as a member of the Foundation Board at the College of Charleston.
